Dingley
GENERAL
Dingley is a small village located immediately to the East of Market Harborough and is just in Northamptonshire. There are some fabulous properties in this area. It is perhaps most famous for the point to point held on the edge of the village. Dingley Hall a Grade I Listed house was described in the Telegraph as "one of those heart stoppingly beautiful country houses with softly glowing limestone and ironstone wall"
HISTORY
Dingley Hall is located on the site of a Templars preceptory founded in the reign of King Stephen. The present hall dates from the reign of Mary Tudor and has had a number of illustrious owners including royal advisers, attorney generals, admirals and generals
LOCATION
Dingley is located immediately to the East of Market Harborough where there is an extensive range of facilities including schools, doctors, restaurants and shops.
